This Sahakari bank has recently issued new career opportunities for the interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, as expected by the bank. For all the following posts, candidates must be graduates or postgraduates in any field. However, the preferences will be given to the candidates with MBA, CFA, ICWA, CA, CS, CAIIB.

The candidates will need to handle finance and accounts, treasury, credit, insurance, estate, information and technology, law, recovery, marketing and sales, planning and development, audit and inspection, human resource.

1.    General Manager (3 positions)

The candidate must be below 53 years and must have a previous work record of working in a bank with a scale VI or above grade, with excellent professional, administrative and managerial skills, along with 3 years of work experience.

2.    Dy. General Manager (7 positions)

The candidate must be below 50 years and must have a previous work record of working in a bank with a scale VI or above grade, with excellent managerial, professional, and administrative skills, and should recognize the deadlines and goals.

3.    Asst. General Manager (17 positions)

The candidate must be below 50 years and must have a previous work record of working in a bank with a scale VI or above grade, with a minimum 3 of years of experience and excellent administrative, professional and managerial skills.






4.    Senior Manager/HOD

The candidate must be below 45 years and must have a previous work record of working in a bank with a scale VI or above grade, with minimum 3of  years of experience and excellent professional and administrative skills.

5.    Branch Manager (4 positions)

The candidate must be below 40 years and must have a previous record of working in the banking sector with the track record of managing the branch properly, handling the entire operations on his own and has served as a manager scale 3rd or 2nd, for at least three years.

6.    Chartered Accountant

The candidate must be below 45 years, qualified as a chartered accountant and must have 3 years of experience in the banking financial sector with exposure in taxation, investments, treasury, appraisals, internal control, EDP audit, risk migration. The candidate needs to be familiar with all the guidelines and rules and regulations of the state acts and authority.

7.    Company Secretary

The candidate must be below 45 years and should have three years of experience as a company secretary in any bank, he should comply with rules and regulations that are applicable and familiar with conducting board meetings, filing returns such as TDS, GST, PF and income tax etc.

8.    Chief Risk Officer

The candidate must be below 45 years with a minimum experience of 5 years in the particular field, bank credit and risk management at the assistant general manager level. He or she should have good experience in assessing the various risks in the banking industry.

The compensation for the positions will strictly depend upon the experience, qualifications and proficiency of the candidate in the job assigned.
