Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2021: Senior Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager Posts

Bank of Baroda released notification for filling up the posts of Senior relationship manager and e wealth manager. All the information related to the posts can be seen over the official website and every communication with the candidate will be done on a registered email ID only. The candidate will be required to note down the registration number for reference. Candidates with post qualification experience of 6 months will not be eligible for the positions. There will be a total of 326 vacancies of Senior Relationship manager and 50 vacancies of the e wealth manager. 

Important Dates

Start date of Application: 19th November 2021

End date of Application: 9th December 2021

Age Criteria

Sr. Relationship Manager: Minimum 24 years and maximum 35 years 

E- wealth Manager: Minimum 23 years and maximum 35 years 

Age relaxation will be given as per below-mentioned table:

SC/ST- 5 years

OBC-3 years

PWD- Gen-10 years, OBC-13 years, SC/ST-15 years

Ex-serviceman- Gen-5 years, OBC-8 years, SC/ST-10 years 

Application fee

General/OBC Candidate: 600 INR


Eligibility Criteria

Senior Relationship manager

  • Graduate in any stream from a recognized university
  • 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • NISM/IRDA regulatory certification 
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a relationship manager
  • Proficient in local language

E- wealth Manager

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
  • 2 years of post-graduate experience 
  • NISM/IRDA regulatory certification
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a relationship manager

Pay Scale

Fixed salary will be based on the candidate experience, qualification, and overall suitability

Except fixed salary candidates will also receive linked variable pay above fixed salary. 

Selection procedure

Selection will be done based on the below mentioned process:

  • Shortlisted- Merit list will be prepared
  • Personal interview and/ or Group discussion 

Selection criteria will vary as per bank rules. Minimum qualifying marks for the shortlisting will be 60% for general candidates and 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD. 

Contractual period

The contractual period will be of 5 years with a yearly review. The term may be extended as per bank interests.
