DU SOL UG Courses 2023
The undergraduate courses offered by DU SOL are of 3 years duration. The admission of the students in different UG courses is considered based on the marks that they have gained in their class 12th board exams.
Different departments declare different cutoff marks based on which the students can apply for admission. There is a relaxation offered to the students who are coming from backward classes such as SC, ST, or OBC. There is also reserved for the students who belong to the PWD category.
Some of the DU SOL UG courses available for the students are B.A., B.Com., B.Com (Hons), B.A. (Hons) English, and many others.
DU SOL PG Courses 2023
Similar to the undergraduate courses, the university also lets the students get admission in the postgraduate courses based on merit. The student applying for the postgraduate courses should have completed their graduation in relevant subjects. Also, similar to undergraduate courses, the university departments declare different cutoff marks for the students who apply for the postgraduate courses. Usually, the cutoff remains around 50% of the aggregate marks gained in graduation. But it can be vary from department to department and also can change every year.
Also, as there is a reservation procedure for admission in the UG course, a similar reservation procedure is followed for getting admission in the PG courses too. Hence, the candidates should check out the cut-off marks based on the category that they belong to.

DU SOL Short Term Courses 2023
Apart from the UG and PG courses, the university also offers a number of short-term courses for interested candidates. There are so many courses available that can be accomplished within a short term of a maximum of 1 year. Some of these short term courses are Diploma courses with a duration of 1 year, while there are some others that are certificate courses with a duration lesser than 1 year. Usually, there are no such strict eligibility criteria for these short courses. But there can be certain eligibilities that the students can check out by selecting the particular course on the portal.
While selecting such short term courses, the students can come across some really short duration certification courses of around 3 months or even at times 2 months such as Film Making, Travel Management, Photography, or Event Management.
There are some such short certification courses that can last for around 6 months such as Media Studies, Marketing Communication, Banking & Financing, and others.
Apart from these courses that can be pursued in an extremely short time, there are also some short Diploma courses such as Foreign Languages, for which the students may have to devote a whole year to get the certification.
