IIM Trichy Recruitment 2021 Non Teaching Staff Vacancy

Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli released a notification to fill the non-teaching posts. All the positions will be contract basis. The recruitment is open for the multiple positions given in the table below:

Eligibility Criteria

Corporate Relations Officer

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.70,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/- per month
• 50 years upper age limit
• Have completed MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution
• 10 years of experience and 5 years must be relevant post qualification experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective logical skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Estate Manager

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.70,000/- and Rs.90,000/- per month
• 63 years upper age limit
• Must have graduated in Civil Engineering with 50% marks
• 15 years of post-qualification experience
• Proficiency in Computer operations

Placement Officer

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.70,000/- and Rs.90,000/- per month
• 50 years upper age limit
• Have completed MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution
• 10 years of experience and 5 years must be relevant post qualification experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to adjust work hours

IT Support Engineer – Network & Security

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.55,000/- and Rs.70,000/- per month
• 45 years upper age limit
• B.E/B. Tech in Electronics/CSE/IT or MCA
• 5 years’ experience out of which three years in the L3 level
• Or candidate must have completed a diploma in relevant field with 8 years of experience

IT Technical Assistant

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.40,000/- and Rs.55,000/- per month
• 40 years upper age limit
• B.E/B. Tech in Electronics/CSE/IT or MCA with 3 years of experience
• Candidate must have completed diploma in relevant field with 6 years of experience
• CCNA / BCNE/Fortinet NSE Level 1 certification

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.40,000/- and Rs.55,000/- per month
• 40 years upper age limit
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 50% marks
• 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of computer operations
• Experience in any IIM /IIT/NIT/IIIT is desirable
• Knowledge in Electrical AutoCAD

Hindi Supervisor

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.30,000/- and Rs.40,000/- per month
• 40 years upper age limit
• Master’s degree in Hindi from a recognized university with 50% marks
• Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University with 50% marks
• 2 years post qualification experience
• Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English is desirable

Library & Information Assistant

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.30,000/- per month
• 35 years upper age limit
• Graduate in any stream with 50% marks
• Postgraduate degree in library and information system with 50% marks
• 3 years of experience
• Understanding of managing RFID based modern library

Editorial Assistant

• 2 years tenure, Extendable based on institution need
• Consolidated salary ranged between Rs.25,000/- and Rs.35,000/- per month
• 35 years upper age limit
• Masters’ degree in Management of Computer Application with 50% marks
• 3 years of experience

Academic Associate

• Position is available for the students with a good academic record 
• Hands-on experience in working with the faculty members
• 1 year tenure with a consolidated monthly stipend of 30000 INR with the Ph.D. and 25000 INR with Master level. 
• Upper age limit for Ph.D. is 35 years and without Ph.D. is 30 years

• After reaching the page candidate needs to click on the apply online button.
• It will take the candidate to another page where the candidate needs to do registration first.
• After the registration candidate can do login to fill the application form.
• Candidate needs to attach the caste certificate under which he is applying for the post. 
• Candidate also need to take out the print of application form for future use 
• Candidate does not need to send the application form hard copy to the office of IIMT.

Selection procedure

Selection will be done based on personal interviews for positions 1, 2, and 3 and written tests and interviews would be conducted for all other positions.
