Jharkhand High Court Recruitment 2023: Apply for 42 Personal Assistant posts

The Jharkhand High Court is inviting applicants for the post of Personal Assistant for year 2023. Candidates interested can check their eligibility criteria and can submit their applications through their official website jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in or jhc.org.in.

The person recruited for the post of Personal Assistant would be dealing with various documentation works, the input of various information, managing day-to-day task and completing it as and when required, answering telephone and email, etc.

Important Dates

The opening date for registration and submission of the application form for Jharkhand High Court Recruitment 2023 Personal Assistant is 25th May 2023 and the closing date for the same is 24th June 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate interested to apply for the post must have a minimum educational qualification of graduation from any recognized institution or university. Additionally, the candidate must be well proficient in English shorthand and typing. The required speed for shorthand is 100 words per minute (WPW) and typing is 40 words per minute (WPW). The maximum permissible mistake is 10%.

Apart from this candidates must also know computer applications. Also, the candidate must possess acceptable health conditions and a good moral ethic and must not be included in any criminal offence.

Age Criteria

The minimum age limit required for this post is 21 years or above but should not be more than 35 years for the General (UA) category. In the case of B.C.-I and B.C.-II category must be 37 years, in the case of female B.C.-I and B.C.-II it is 38 years and for S.C and S.T it is 40 years as of 01.04.2022. The person having any disability gets an additional 10 years of age relaxation.

The reservation polity of the State Government will benefit and apply to the candidates belonging to the State of Jharkhand only. Candidates not belonging to Jharkhand State will be considered as Un-reserved Category candidates. 

Selection Process

Stenography and Typing Test – Will be taken first if candidate qualifies for the first process then they are further allowed to give Viva Voce test/Personality Test. After which the merit list is prepared as per the marks scored. 

Salary Details

The salary for the post of Personal Assistant n Jharkhand High Court will be as per the 7^th Pay Revision Committee (PRC). The approximate salary will range between Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400.
